I first heard this track in 1984, right when it came out, My boys came to my house with the tape, we was listening to the whole album on the stairs in front of my moms apartment. Talking about each MC, and the rhyme flows of that time. Then suddenly, the World War 3 track came on, and it was SILENCE for like 10 minutes. Mel painted such a picture, that i felt i was in a Trailer of a 70's movie! I felt every single word, phrase, like it as the 7 o clock news! Shiet was real for a rican in the bronx at that moment.
