Rates are negotiated by how many classes is proposed per city, not per country. First class has a fixed rate, 2 or more classes per city can be negotiated. Each class is 90 minutes, but can be between 1-2 hours each depending on the negotiated rate. Email Mr. Wiggles for rates.
